experienced in completing short sales, foreclosures,
and traditional equity sales. I have lived in the
Sacramento area for over 30 years and have a
working knowledge of the local market and
neighborhoods.

guiding you through the sometimes complex
process of buying or selling real estate. I do this by
taking my clients’ real estate needs and desires to
heart, doing any necessary footwork and/or research
to provide sound practical advice. I place a high
